The Hungry Need Your Udhiyah

With ongoing conflicts, political instability, the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the region is witnessing unprecedented hikes in food prices coupled with low purchasing power.where vulnerable populations continue to face rising needs amidst shrinking resources.

In order to help needy families who are waiting for help, Guzel Eser Association has launched the Distributing Adahi project.

The udhiyah will be distributed as follows:

• 500 poor Families in Yemen.

(Assumed each family will benefit from 2 Kg)(We can change it based on Donors request, but preferably no less than 2 Kg to each Family)

Help us feed the poorest people in Yemen.

In Yemen, figures from the newly released Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) report show a disturbing trend of more people at threat of famine. Most worryingly, around 31,000 people are experiencing extreme levels of hunger, with the risk of famine-like conditions if action is not immediately taken.

“Then eat thereof and feed therewith the poor having a hard time.” [Quraan:22-28].

Everyone deserves to enjoy Eid and feed their families just like we do.

For many, this is the only time they will be able to eat meat in the entire year.

We invite you in the the blessed days of Dhul Hijjah to join us in performing one of the most beloved acts of worship in Islam: Qurbani. Our Qurbani campaign aims to provides high-quality, healthy, and fresh meat to those in need, especially families who cannot afford it.

We offer two options for Qurbani: Calf and Coat. The cost of each as follows:

Calf for Qurbani: 1,260$ Weight: 260 – 350 KG

Calf Per Share (1/7): 180$

Coat for Qurbani: 145$ – Weight: 28 – 35 KG

We distribute 2 KG of meat per family for each Calf or Coat Qurbani share.
