Short Story
This time of year, we all look forward to cozy nights, hot cocoa, and laughter by the fireplace. It’s such a comforting and joyful season.
But not everyone is as fortunate. There are millions of displaced refugees in Ein el-Hilweh and now in Gaza who are facing unimaginable challenges as winter approaches.
Their main focus is simply surviving the harsh conditions and staying warm.
“I am starting to feel very panicked because I do not have any winter clothes for me or any of my family, We are really suffering, especially my small baby. I am absolutely disheartened and feel helpless”. Â
– Hussain Al-Ramlawi, a father of four young children.

Assalamu Alaikaum ,
My name is Juveyriyah, I have joined forces with Al Amal International Charity to provide essential winter aid to the people of Palestine.
It’s heartbreaking to think about the lack of basic necessities like blankets, warm clothes, shelter, and heaters that many people in those regions need.
It’s a reminder for us to appreciate the privileges we often take for granted. Let’s continue to raise awareness and support those in need during these challenging times.
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: “It is our duty to help our fellow Muslims in times of distress. Allah rewards us greatly for this act of kindness”. This emphasizes the importance of helping others, knowing that Allah will relieve our own distress on the Day of Resurrection.
 [Sahih Bukhari 551]Â
Together, let’s come together and share our warmth with those who are in need.
In she Allah, we can turn this season of difficulty into a season of joy.
I look forward to your support on this journey . May Allah bless your effort.
